The thermometer incorporates removable tines (prongs) for easy cleaning, adjustable alarm temperatures and a backlit digital display.

The barbecue fork thermometer will tell you at a glance if your meat or poultry is cooked to your liking, taking the guesswork out of how well it is done. The six preset symbols indicate temperatures for different meat or poultry types, i.e. beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal or lamb. The preset temperatures can be adjusted but are set at rare, medium rare, medium and well done (chart included).
