ALL ORDERS OVER £50 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION.

Shipping Process

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days*. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some products are back order only products and will be stated in the product description so please allow more time for delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked
  • Larger, heavier and delicate items will be sent via next day courier.
  • We are currently using multiple courier services.
  • If you require an express shipping option please get in contact with us before finalising your order either on phone or email using the contact us page.
  • We offer a local collection for those who want to come and see us in person. We are open 7 days a week.
  • Liners, underlay and products from Eastern Connections are drop shipped straight from the manufacturers so please be aware delivery can take up to 15 working days.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Midland Waterlife Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Midland Waterlife Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the rare occurrence that you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim.

Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom. There may be an extra charge for shipping to Northern Ireland. Please contact us before finalising your order.

If you would like a product shipped to you outside of the United Kingdom please contact us to arrange shipping cost as this is calculated on a case by case basis.
